It’s nice to see you in the Community, @mvanimalhospital.
If these are downloaded transactions showing in the For Review tab of your QuickBooks Online, you can exclude and batch delete them. Here’s how:
- From the Banking screen, go to the For Review tab.
- Mark all the duplicate transactions, then click the Batch actions drop-down arrow and pick Exclude Selected.
- Now tap the Excluded tab.
- Place a checkmark in the box next to DATE to mark them all, then click the Batch Actions drop-down again and pick Delete.

Check out this article for the details: Exclude from downloaded bank transactions.
However, if these sales transactions are from another program, deleting them in bulk is currently unavailable. I recommend contacting the 3rd-party software support and see if they have an option to undo the process.
I want to know how this goes and if there’s anything else you need. It’s always my priority to help. Take care!
