I am trying to resubscribe and every Quickbooks article that states “how to” are not helpful or I am not shown those options on my end.

The steps on how to manage QBO subscriptions and been updated. Let me share the steps on how you can reactivate your account in the new IU. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Subscriptions and billing.
  2. Select Resubscribe beside your QBO plan.
  3. Enter the updated billing info.
  4. Click Subscribe.
