As of this time, the ability to record your vendor refund using the QuickBooks Online mobile app is not available. Then, you can create a vendor credit then deposit the money you've received for the refund.
- Go to the +New icon.
- Select Vendor Credit.
- In the Vendor drop-down menu, select your vendor.
- Enter the Category details or Item details.
- Select Save and close.

Once done, you can now proceed with these steps to deposit the amount of the credit. Here's how:
- Click the +New button on the left panel.
- Select Bank Deposit under Other.
- Select the appropriate account.
- Under the Add funds to this deposit section, select the name of the vendor in the Receives From column.
- In the Account column, click the drop-down arrow and choose Account Payable.
- Enter the return amount in the Amount column.
