I need to run the 3rd quarter 941 report for 2019 - I thought I had done so, but it is not on my archived reports list. How can I do this?

I'm here to provide options for running your 2019 3rd quarter 941 report in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll, @lochearnpool.

Viewing payroll tax forms in QBO is easy. However, you may unable to run your 2019 3rd quarter 941 report through the Archived Forms page because the available liability periods only extend back for a year or two. With this, you can either run payroll reports or let our support archive the form for you.

If you choose to pull up payroll reports (i.e., Payroll Summary or Payroll Deductions/Contribution) to get the data you need, you can go to the Payroll section from the Reports menu's Standard tab. If you opt to archive your 2019 3rd quarter 941 report, I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Care team. They can securely pull up your account, and use the necessary tools to perform the process. Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QBO company.
2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
3. Select the Search tab.
4. Click the Contact Us button.
5. Enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
6. Select Continue.
7. Choose a way to connect with us. Make sure to initiate contact during support hours.
