In QuickBooks Online (QBO), generating a report that shows the checks and deposits can be done through the Transaction List by Date.
Here's how:
- Open your QBO company.
- In the left navigation panel, look for Reports.

- Search the Transaction List by Date in the Find report by name.

- Under the Filter tab, select filter by Check and Deposit.

Once everything's good, you can see the transactions you had for the previous months.
