I was purchasing the 30/Month for 3 months (instead of 60/Month) but they put me on a free trial instead and I can't change my subscription to 30/Month for 3 months.

It says because I created my quickbooks on android its now managed by Google but I wanted the terms for 30/Month for 3 months

Welcome to the Community space, @acquisitions. I'll be happy to assist you with your subscription concern.

 

We'll need to resubscribe by choosing the discounted plan and cancel the free trial to avoid any charges after 30 days. Follow the steps below.

 

First, make sure to tick the button to receive a 50% discount and select the plan with the 30$/month. 

 

 

Second, we can click the Continue without payroll button.

Third, type in your login credentials. A message will prompt that This user ID is already taken. Click Sign in and Yes, that's correct.

Once you're able to access your QuickBooks Company, we need to cancel your free trial subscription.
