Please note that before you upgrade, ensure:
- You’re the primary user or company admin.
- Your payment info is up to date.
To upgrade, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
- Go to the Gear icon, then select Subscriptions and billing.
- Select View payment history. Please verify that your payment information is current.
- After checking, close the page, then select Upgrade your plan.

- Review the available plans, then click Choose plan.
- To continue upgrading your plan, follow the onscreen instructions.
