I have the necessary information to remove extra companies from your account.
QuickBooks will show all companies linked to your User ID, including those that have been canceled or expired.
To confirm, are you using QuickBooks Online on a mobile app? If so, the ability to delete them is unavailable.
However, if you're using QBO in a desktop browser, you can delete or hide the companies from the Choose your company page by clicking the three dots. Then, select Delete or Hide. I've attached a screenshot for your visual reference.
