Refund credit for quickbooks online never received

Hello I am at about my wits end with QBO. Back in Novemeber I had to renew my account and somehow a duplicate company got created and not only renewed my primary account but also duplicated it and charged my a second time, I contacted QBO support right away and told them of the issue and they started a refund for the duplicated account. They told me the usual 7-10 business to process but assured me everything was taken care of. Then  started getting follow up emails asking if I had seen the refund to which I kept replying NO. I finally got the last one from QBO and when I tried to reply back I got an automated email response back saying that the case number was unable to be found in open case. I am so frustrated. Its now been 30 days since the start of this and no resolution to the matter. Not to mention getting ahold of anyone from QBO is a freaking joke unless you was to purchase something. Is there any dedicated support call number or direct email for support. I am sick of waiting for someone to try and respond in their preferred chat box method.

Since you're using the latest Help support feature in QuickBooks Online, you can follow these steps to contact them:

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Look for I still need a human and click on it.
  4. Click Contact Us.
  5. Select between Send a messageSchedule an appointment, or Get a callback.
