Ensuring the security and safety of your account is our top priority, mila.

If you don’t recognize an Intuit or QuickBooks charge, here's how to check where it came from and why.

  1. Open this link: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement.
  2. Go to the Option 1: Look up a charge here section.
  3. Fill in the required details to look up your charge.

You can refer to this link to contact our support team QuickBooks Online Support and to see the available support hours.

In addition, I've included resources to help you identify official Intuit correspondence and websites, ensuring the security of your data:

There is  no phone number to report fraud. Just go through the regular support numbers.

They won't know what to do, but after 2 weeks of calling in daily you might get somewhere.

The Security Center does not have any direct contact information to report fraud.

Why is this? Doesn't Intuit want to stop fraud as quickly as possible?

Thanks. Already visited there. Cannot log in because I finally got my account deactivated after trying for TWO WEEKS.

Tried to file as a Privacy Report, but received an ERROR there.

So, I can't log in, and I can't file a privacy report. Still don't have ANY AVENUE OF COMMUNICATION other than this blog, which may not work because I CAN'T LOG IN!

There's still a way you can reach our Security department without logging into your account, cbcavnar.

We want you to know that this isn't the kind of experience we aim to provide, and we are committed to addressing this issue promptly to support you in managing your business operations effectively.

Since you can't log in to your account and file a privacy report, sending it directly to our Intuit Security email is the way to go. You can find their contact info on this link: Contact us.

Here's an image to locate it:

If you have privacy-related questions about Intuit products, click the Send a privacy question button on the same website above, then hover at the bottom and use the form to submit your concerns.

In addition, I want to provide you with this reminder to be able to identify Intuit communications and websites, and the most effective way to protect yourself from these security threats is to be aware and take preventive measures: Identify suspicious activity, phishing scams, and potential fraud.
