Umpqua Bank Business Online Banking now requires three fields for login. Company id provided by bank, user name, and password. How do I connect with three fields?

We mirror the security protocol of Umpqua Bank Business Online Banking when connecting it to QBO. For this reason, I suggest contacting them to help configure the connection.


This way, we can seamlessly link it into the program. Once done, let me share these simple steps to add the account.

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu on the left panel and click Banking to open the Bank and Credit Cards page.
  2. Click Add account to access the Connect an account page.
  3. Type Umpqua Bank Business Online Banking in the Enter your bank name or URL field box.

  4. Pick the account from the list and then hit Continue to proceed.

  5. On the financial institution’s website, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
