Thanks for letting us know about this, @ct1430,
I've tried pulling up the Open Invoices report in my end and the Billing Address have displayed just fine. See this:
If there are no data showing up on your report despite having the correct address on the customer's profile, perform some basic troubleshooting to fix it.
First, try opening an Incognito browser and access your QBO account from there. Unexpected behaviors in QuickBooks are mostly affected by the large data in the cache. This private page doesn't save browsing history making it a great place to check for cache issues.
To launch a private window, use the following keyboard shortcuts:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If it works fine on the private window, clear the browser's cache to start with a clean slate.
However, if it does give you the same issue after trying out different browsers and private windows, I would recommend reaching out to us directly. Our representatives will create an investigation on what's causing this odd behavior.
Here's how to contact us:
Kindly update me on how it goes. I want to make sure this is resolved and you're able to pull up the accurate data on the Open Invoices report. Have a good one.
"Using QB online The standard open invoice report will not show all the billing addresses entered for customers. Seems to be a bug in my opinion."
@ct1430 Try this - click Customize button > Select Change Columns, add Billing address, and Run the report.
This should be available in all four QBO plans.
I hope this works for you.
