I have news regarding the "View" button on the Reconciliation Discrepancy report.
We have a reported issue where users are unable to view the transaction log details from the Reconciliation Discrepancy report. Our engineers are currently working to fix this as soon as possible.
While they're fixing this, you'll want to use the Audit Log to view the transaction logs as a workaround. Here's how:
- Click the gear icon, then choose Audit Log.
- Find the deleted reconciled transaction, then click View.
- You can also use the Filter button to easily find the transaction.
