When I log into my account I can't find the data from 2023

When I log into my account and goto Transactions I shows just 12/01/2023 to 12/31/2023.  I can't find out were the 01/01/2023 to 11/30/2023 is located.  I need to combine them but can't find them.  Has anyone else had this problem?

Welcome to the Community, @kenr1946. I'm here to assist you with finding transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Sometimes, certain transactions may not be visible or able to be merged because they weren’t initially recorded in QuickBooks. This could be due to missing data from your financial institution, possibly caused by delays, disruptions in the banking connection, or maintenance activities from the bank’s side.

If you're unable to see downloaded transactions in QBO, you can manually update to get the most recent transactions by:

  1. Click Transactions.
  2. Go to Bank transactions.
  3. Select Update.
  4. When it's finished, check the Banking menu again for the missing transaction. It's likely in the For Review section.

Furthermore, if you’re specifically looking for bank transactions, proceed as follows:

  1. Go to Transactions and Bank Transactions.
  2. Then filter the Date.
  3. Then hit Apply.

Additionally, if you're searching within a customer/vendor’s transactions tab, you should filter by both Date and Transaction Type.

For a deeper analysis of your business's financial health, running a report is beneficial. This allows users to monitor financial performance, spot trends, handle various business elements like sales, expenses, and profit & loss, and tailor reports to meet precise requirements.
