Welcome to the Community forum, @amplate73. Let's do troubleshooting to ensure your user can create custom reports successfully.
If you've ticked the Report checkboxes when setting up the Sales Manager or Standard limited access role, you should be able to create custom reports from the list on the Standard tab. However, if you've done this and weren't able to do so, let's access your QuickBooks account via incognito or private window. This mode doesn't retain cache, so we can verify if it is a webpage issue.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts you can use:
- For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P
- For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N
- For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N
From there, check to see if you can customize and save existing reports. If it works, I recommend clearing the default browser's cache. You can also use other supported browsers to isolate this issue.
On the other hand, if you're referring to creating custom ones through the Create new report tab on the Reports page, this is only available for administrators. That's why you don't have the ability to do this task in a Sales Manager or Standard limited access role.
