Hi @bookkeeper14m,

Thank you for taking the time to share your concern with the Community.

I understand how important it is to run and print our business reports. One of the reasons why your reports no longer print correctly with the recent Apple update could be compatibility issues. Let me share some tips to help you solve this issue.

You can start basic troubleshooting by clearing your browser's cache and cookies to ensure the web pages are loading correctly. Also, adding Intuit as a trusted site prevents your browser from blocking site content. Lastly, you can use other supported browsers. Just make sure you update them to the most recent versions.

For more information about running reports in QuickBooks Online, feel free to use this article: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

Don't hesitate to reach out if you have more questions about running and printing reports. I am just one post away.

Spent over an hour applying solutions.  Did not work.  Still printing reports without content.  Very upsetting.

Thank you for coming back here, @bookkeeper14. We know that this issue has been challenging on your part. Moreover, I appreciate the effort in performing the steps provided by my colleague. Let me add insights and route you to the best possible help.

At the moment, there's an ongoing investigation (INV-93599) about the inability to print reports and transactions in QBO using Mac computers. Upon reading your first post above, I see that you contacted QBO support. This means you're now added to the notification lists, and once updates are available you'll be notified through email.

Rest assured, our product engineers are working hand in hand to look for a fix. However, if you want an update about the investigation, you can contact again our Live Support about it.

We'll also share these articles for future reference:

For additional questions, never hesitate to reply to this post. I'll be willing to lend a hand, Take care,

@bookkeeper14 There is a separate thread on the printing issues that you may want to review. It's impacting printing across everything. One workaround that's been identified is using Mozilla Firefox.

HI:

Saw your post regarding printing reports unsuccessfully, using Mac - Safari Browser, and tried Chrome Browser too.

Cleared the Cache too.

I to am having problems, reports will only print header and footer and no detail.

Would like to know if you have found a solution to your issue that you could share with me?

Seems to be only effecting my reports and not other printing areas such as invoices etc.

Thank you in advance

Hello, KimP2023. Allow me to step in and provide details about printing reports using the current browser you have.

The ongoing investigation, which was shared by my colleague Bryan_M, is still in progress. This investigation involves finding a solution to a report that prints incorrectly with missing data. Rest assured that we are actively working on this and will provide an update as soon as we have the information available.

For now, I recommend contacting our Support Team to add your company details as one of the affected users. Here's how:

  1. To access your QBO account, go to the upper-right corner and click on Help.
  2. Go to the Search tab and click on Contact us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern and click on Continue.

Alternatively, you can export the report to Excel or download it as a PDF and print it from Adobe instead of printing it from the browser.

  1. Go to the Reports menu and and search the report you want to print.
  2. Click the Export icon.
  3. Select Export to Excel or Export to PDF.

Feel free to ask if you have any follow-up concerns about printing other information inside QuickBooks and handling reports in the program. I am always here to help in any way that I can.
