My payroll subscription says it need to be reactivated and a pop up says that payroll calculations have been suspended. When I go to the page to manage my subscription it says that may subscription is active. I went to my intuit account and all the billing information is current and my yearly subscription is listed as paid in January- and the payment has cleared my bank account. Even so the payroll service is deactivated- what can I do?
