If it works, return to your regular browser and clear its cache. The system can behave erratically at times if pages are accessed frequently via the browser, which may be a result of corrupted cache files. You can also use other supported browsers as alternatives.

They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research with you, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
