To help address your concern effectively, may I know what difficulties you've encountered when migrating your data? Are you referring to missing data during migration?
If you've migrated from QuickBooks Self-Employed to QuickBooks Online (QBO), you may have selected the Start Fresh button. That could be why there are some missing information. See step 2 from this resource for more information: Switch from QuickBooks Self-Employed to QuickBooks Online.
If you've moved your data from QuickBooks Desktop to QBO, some data doesn't transfer to QuickBooks Online. Please check the lists that move and don't move over to QuickBooks Online section from this article: Learn how features and data move from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.
