We are using QB to track billable time, but we then summarize it as one line item on the invoice. This leaves a bunch of time charges showing as "open" each month that clutter up the transactions list. How do I get rid of these once I've billed our clients?

The ability to modify your billable time charges in batches within QBO is not available. Instead, you can open and uncheck the billable option or delete the specific entry manually, one at a time.

@MsNorthPND18 - I too have hundreds of old Time Charges that should not have been marked as "billable" when my company was in QBDT. Now that we've moved to QBO, I'm wondering if there have been any developments on creating a solution for removing or "unchecking" these in bulk? It is causing many Customer records in our QBO file to show open balances, which is creating inaccurate bookkeeping records.
