In order to avoid duplicate charges, you can cancel your Enhanced Payroll service.
Here are the steps to cancel:
- Go to Employees menu > My Payroll Service > Account/Billing Info.
- Sign in using your Intuit Account login. The Account Maintenance page will open.
- In the Sevice Information section, click the Cancel link.
- Proceed with the process to cancel your payroll service.

After you have completed this, make sure to contact support with to get help with setting up your next product key for Payroll on your 2019 Desktop product.
