Hello there, Mariela. Let me help you show the reports tab on the menu panel.
On the left panel, click the drop-down Menu to show all the available options. If the Reports tab is still not showing, you can customize your view by clicking the Pencil icon beside Menu and hit Save. For visual guidance, refer to the screenshots provided.
If the issue persists, I suggest performing some troubleshooting steps. Sometimes, older or corrupted caching files can cause problems in your web browser. To begin, please open an incognito window on your QBO account. Depending on your browser type, you may refer to the keyboard shortcuts provided below:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
When this works, you may proceed to clear the browser's cache. This removes its stored cache to ensure the program performs efficiently. I recommend using another supported browser or device if you still encounter the same error.
Furthermore, I've added this article if you'll want to run basic reports: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.
