Does anyone have any experience with Sage Peachtree? I can't keep letting Quickbooks kill my business by not doing what I need it to do and wasting countless hours on the phone either on hold or being lied to. I'm open to other suggestions as well. The people who run Quickbooks obviously don't care about losing customers, but maybe if enough of us go they'll finally come up with software that actually works and customer service agents that actually help the customers.

I won't recommend migrating to Sage. Migrate to QB Online or another cloud based accounting app.

I hear your sentiments, AP149,

It isn't the kind of experience that we want you to experience with us. I'm also a customer or consumer of a different service-based company. That's why I fully understand your feedback.

As Fiat Lux - ASIA shared, you may use QuickBooks Online (QBO) as your cloud-based accounting app. Before purchasing, I'd recommend trying it for 30 days so you can experience its features and you can decide which software is best for your company.

To try out QuickBooks Online, you can visit this page: QuickBooks Online Plans and Pricing.

I've also added this reference for some tips and guide in managing your QBO account:

Always know that the Community team is always up  24/7 to help you with your concerns. Keep safe!

@Fiat Lux - ASIA What are options for those of us in rural areas where there is no internet available or the only internet available is not very reliable?

Thank you. We had wanted to use Quickbooks online when it first came out but it won't allow us to create jobs for our customers, which is why we went with Enterprise. Also, I have friends who have used the online version and none of them were happy with it.
