If you already canceled your QuickBooks Online account and still being charged, I'd suggest calling our phone support team to verify additional subscription charges on your account.
All account-related concerns are directed to our phone support for security purposes. Agents have the necessary tools to look into your account and to have this thoroughly canceled.
Here's how:
1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
