@chriswong Hi, thanks for reaching out to the community.
I will be glad to show you how to deactivate the Class feature in QuickBooks Desktop and get you back to business!
- Go to the Edit tab and select Preferences (This is usually the last option in the list).
- Once that screen opens, click the first option (Accounting).
- Next to My Preference, select Company Preferences. If you can not make changes, you would need to be logged in as the Admin.
- Under Class, uncheck the box Use class tracking for transactions.
- Select OK once you are completed and return to your transactions to confirm the adjustments. I have included this link in case you want to activate it in the future Setup and use class tracking
