Subscription error

On Thursday 12-29-2022 My subscription renewal was posted as $270 to be withdrawn on 12-31-2022. I checked my statement today 12-31-2022 and was charged $320. How can I get this resolved?

Subscription error

Hi there, Subscription2.

Thank you for visiting the QuickBooks Community. I'll be providing details on what are the different Intuit charges you may encounter. Then, pointed you to the right person to verify this and fix it as soon as possible.

There are specific charges you may encounter to your credit card or bank about your subscription. With this, Intuit gives you the option to check where it’s coming from and why. You can open this article to view steps on how to perform the process: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement.

However, I still recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have the tools to check your account to verify the amount being charged. Also, provide you the complete information about the possible billing charges and give you assurance about this concern.

Here's how to contact them:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Account.
  2. At the top right, click the Help icon.
  3. Choose the Assistant section.
  4. Type your concern in the Type something field.
  5. Click Talk to a human.
  6. Click I still need a human.
  7. Click the Get help from a human.
  8. You'll be routed into the How can we help? page. Then, select callback or how you want to contact them and fill in the information.

Lastly, you may refer to this article on how you can modify your billing info and payment method so you can manage subscriptions: Update billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.

Stay in touch whenever you have additional questions about receiving charges. I’m here to make sure you’re taken care of, Subscription2. Have a great rest of the day.
