Initially, I'd recommend making sure you're accessing the correct screen to switch companies on QuickBooks for Android.

If you've confirmed you're on the correct screen, but still don't see your Switch companies option, you can try refreshing the app's data:
In the event it continues not displaying, I'd recommend trying to uninstall and reinstall your app. If none of these troubleshooting processes get it to display the Switch company option, you'll want to get in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research with you, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.

Thanks for the detailed reply, but this option just doesn't come up. I've re-installed the app, and logged in again, but it's the same drop-down menu (see attached).
I guess I'll have to contact C/S.
