It's possible that you'd click the Buy now button instead of the Try it free button. Clicking the Buy now button will bypass the free (30) thirty days trial.
To verify your account, you can contact our customer support team. From there, they can check your account securely and assist you about your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) subscription. Here's how.
In your QBSE:
- Go to the (?) Help menu.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter a keyword of your concern and click Continue.
- Then choose your preferred way to connect with them.
