I want  to Install magento connector. Apps Searching is not working in sandbox account.

  2. Select QuickBooks Online and click the Ask a Question button.
  3. Provide the necessary information about your concern as you did on the Community page. 
  4. Click Ask.

 

 They'll come to your aid and provide you with all the details that will allow you to deal with this scenario.
