Since the QuickBooks Community platform is a public forum, we won't be able to pull up your account to assist you with the transfer. With this, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Support Team. They have tools to view your account securely and aid you with the process.
Here's how you can reach out to them:
- Go to Help (?).
- From the Search tab, click Contact Us.
- Please enter your question and select Continue.
- Review and Select from the following: Have us call you or Chat with us.
If you want to copy your client list to a different QBO accountant profile: Move clients to another QuickBooks Online Accountant profile
