We recently acquired a company who uses Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise. We want to retain the historical data and continue to use Quickbooks in the exact same manner. Can the existing license/subscription be transferred to the acquiring company and the EIN, bank account & tax account information be changed?
Can they log in to CAMPS as a Primary Contact and find the license there? They can invite you to replace them as the new Primary Contact later.
Can you please provide more specifics? Why are they trying to find the license? What is CAMPS and what happens next if they find the license? Thank you.
Open the link as I mentioned earlier. If they can't access CAMPS as a Primary Contact and find their license info there, they can't claim they "own it".

I don't understand how CAMPS or claiming their license answers this. Additional explanation of the entire process would be helpful.
What terrible support - just choosing not to answer. Not helpful.
Know that this is not the kind of service we want you to experience, @doverholt,
