- Check your junk mail or spam folder to see if the email went there.
- Ensure to review all email addresses you've used to sign up for your account.
- Unblock or add Do_not_reply@intuit.com as an authorized sender in your email app.
- If you still can't receive a message, you can request a new code by clicking the I didn't get a text, I didn't get an email, or I didn't get a phone call link on the product sign-in page.
- In case you've lost your phone, scan your text messages online on your cell carrier's website.
- Make sure you haven't accidentally blocked the phone number from which we sent the text message. Allow or unblock our numbers 88811 and 97962 on your iOS or Android device.
