I downgraded because my price has increased every year over 25%
I also use Merchant services and play lots of fees and monthly service charges...
After reading your reply I called and spoke with Brandon in PI
He said I needed to upgrade back to Plus again....
Frustrated....
Maybe it is time for Freshbooks and a different merchant account.
Please let me know before I jump ship.

I appreciate you getting back and providing feedback. I can share some insights about the products we offer.
Currently, the ability to match banking updates to sales receipts is not supported in QBO Essentials. While we don't have the option yet with your subscription, I'd suggest sending feedback to our Product Developers. By doing so, this will help us make the request for the feature to be included in future updates.
I'm going to send the same request over here on my side, so we're getting them through both employee and customer channels.
