Hello, roblg449.
There are two ways to do this. I'm happy to show you the steps on running a report for a specific account with all dates and transactions.
The first method is to simply run an account report from the Chart of Accounts. Here's how:
- Go to Accounting, then the Chart of Accounts.
- Find the account you want to run a specific report on.
- Click the Run report link.
- Tweak the Report period to include transactions within a specific date.
- Hit Run report.

Another way to do this is to run various detailed report such as the Transaction Detail By Account report. Then, filter it to specific accounts. Here's how:
- Go to Reports.
- In the search box, type "Transaction Detail by Account" then click the result.
- To filter the report, click the Customize button.
- Expand the Filter section.
- Check the Distribution Account box.
- From the drop-down menu, select the specific account you want to show on the report.
- Tweak the Report period if needed.
- Once done, click Run report.
