Since your account's security is one of our top priorities here in the QuickBooks Community, to update your payment information you can visit Customer Account Management Portail Site (CAMPS) which allows you to manage all your QuickBooks Desktop products such as: Managing your account information, Updating payment methods, Managing contacts on your account, etc.
To access (CAMPS), you can log in to Manage your QuickBooks web page and select the QuickBooks Desktop product tile.
You may also contact our QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Support Team, they have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and update your billing information.

- Select your payroll subscription.
- Choose Payroll for the topic.
- Click View Contact Info to get the phone number.
