updating payment method to process payroll, name not listed

If you want to update the payment method to process payroll or billing information in QuickBooks Desktop, the Primary Contact is the only one that has access to do this.

 

Let me share some steps on how they can update it.

 

  1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com. Or learn more about signing in.
  2. Find your app or subscription in the Products & Services list.
  3. Select Details.
  4. In the Billing Information section, find Payment Method, then select Edit.
  5. Update your information.
  6. Select Save and Close.

Furthermore, if you no longer have any contact with the Primary Contact, you can send a request to our team to change the primary contact.
