I'll share some details with you in upgrading from Basic to Pro for QuickBooks POS.
Upgrading to QuickBooks POS Pro requires another purchase for the version. So, our best bet is to contact one of our support agents so they can replace the Basic with the Pro license.

After getting a copy of the Pro version, we can start installing it for your business.
