Vendor PO and Entering Bills

New to QB

 

I get a job - enter an estimate

I prepare a PO to a vendor based upon their quote

I enter a bill based upon their quote (prior to receiving the bill and job being complete)

When I run a report for Item

I have some information about the vendor workflow. You'll use this workflow to track your business goods and services you order. Here are the following.

 

  1. After creating an estimate, create a Purchase Order.
  2. Receive your inventory items (with a bill or without a bill).
  3. Pay your bills.

With the above steps, you're able to pull up an item report after you received your items. For more details, check out these guides below:
