I'll share some details about filtering the Estimates & Progress Invoicing Summary by Customer Report to view only estimates that are still open in QuickBooks.
The option to filter the report to only show the open estimates is unavailable. I suggest sending feedback to our product development team. That way, they can get to know your suggestions about the process and may add it in the future product updates.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Choose Feedback.
- Type in your product suggestions, then click Next to submit feedback.
You can visit our QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website to track the status of your submitted feedback.
As a workaround, you'll want to export the reports to Excel and filter it from there. See this link for guidance in exporting the reports: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.
