We have been scheduling daily reports to send to a drop box, where the reports are ingested by our analytics platform. Are daily reports no longer possible to set up?

We can still schedule daily reports on some old experienced layout in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @elleneg. I'll ensure we can work together on the customization.

There's a need for you to pull up a report and check if the old layout is still available. This way, we can still schedule daily reports for your analytics platform.

Here's how:

1. Go to Reports.
2. Enter the report name in the search field.
3. Filter the report to adjust things like report dates.
4. Select Customize.
5. Once done, click Save.

However, if your custom reports have the new experience layouts, I'd suggest sending feedback to our product developers team. This way, they will carefully review your suggestion and identify areas that require improvements.

Here's how:

1. Hit the Gear icon at the top, then select Feedback.
2. Type in your product suggestions.
3. Click Next to submit feedback.

It is still possible to extract your report on daily basis using a third-party plugin. Check the one from Vidi Corp, it pulls the reports like P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow into a database on daily basis.
