We have updated our intuit account with new payment information. We use summit hosting to remotely access and work on our QBPro2021 and the new form of payment did not transfer to our payroll services, I got a message that payment was denied.

We have updated our intuit account with new payment information. We use summit hosting to remotely access and work on our QBPro2021 and the new form of payment did not transfer to our payroll services, I got a message that payment was denied when it renewed and it won't allow me to update credit card information.

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! Since you are getting a message saying that it was denied, I encourage you to contact our Payroll Support Team to view your account and dive deeper into the matter since we are unable to access your account in the Community. Here's how to connect with us:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu, then click Contact Us.
  2. Enter your concern in the description field and hit Let's talk.
  3. Choose Get a callback
  4. Complete the needed information.
