We would like to remove "aged" data from our system. Maybe anything 7+ years going back. If there a batch process to remove all old data?

There is no condense data feature available in QBO. You can purchase a third-party service to migrate data to a new QBO account.

So data from 10-15 years can not be purged? Do not need to have a new account only want to remove "stale" data that is not needed. TY

Welcome to the Community forum, @rob168. Currently, it's not possible to remove all old data in batches in QuickBooks Online (QBO). To achieve this, manually delete them depending on the type of data.

Also, purging the 10-15 years of data won't be possible since this is only applicable for accounts that the data was 90 days from the signup date.

I also agree with @Chrea's suggestion to look for a third-party application that can fulfill this function. You can use your QBO account to find one. Here's how:

1. Go to the Apps section. Then, select Find Apps.
2. Enter the keyword of the application you want to find from the Search field.
3. Choose the correct one to show the applications below.
