I think there's some difference to display balance at Chart of Accounts
First, I create empty company data and record 1 contact and 1 payment transaction with Deposit to QuickBooks Online and Desktop
========= Data ====================
Contact: Jaehoon Lee - Contact123 (26124)
Invoice: $100
Payment: $100
Deposit: $100 and -$20 processing fee
So Bank has $80 and Expense account has $20
================================
Can anyone explain there's differences to display balance between QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
Explain it no I can not, but the balances should be correct when you view a balance sheet and that is what matters. IME QBO has several display issues.

In QuickBooks Desktop, Payment section records INCREASE 100 and BALANCE 100
QuickBooks Online shows INCREASE 100 but BALANCE is 0
