What does it take to get a SOC2 report from QuickBooks? One week, four phone calls/chats and still nothing.

You'll need to connect with our Customer Care Team for this one. This way, one of our agents can review your account in a secure environment and help provide the 2021 and 2022 SOC reports. You can use the link I'm including below to connect with them directly.
