The QuickBooks Online versions including Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, and Advanced are only available in monthly plans in the US. The prices that you see on the website are discount offers that are applied to the monthly rate for the first 12 months of service.
Please note that these discount offers are only applicable to new users who have not registered an account for QuickBooks. You can visit the QuickBooks Online official website for more information regarding the pricing and promotions.
Moreover, to learn more about your sign-up options for QuickBooks Online, you can find the contact details in the upper-right corner of the website to speak to our sales team.

Which accounting program do you have?
A QBO archive subscription basically. So no bills, invoice etc can be added, but just to have the historic data in the system still readily available.
Currently on QBO, but wanting to move to Xero.
You may consider converting your data to QB Desktop and use the trial version to access your historical data for good.
Presume the QBOP Desktop trial only has 30 days use?
