Exporting transactions from your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account is quick and easy. Just a few steps and we are good to go. If you're able to pull the Transaction List by Date report, you can see the Group by drop-down below the dates. I'm here to guide you through the steps:
- From the left menu, select Business Overview.
- Select Reports.
- Locate and choose Transaction List by Date.
- Under the Report period, select This year from the dropdown.
- Then Run Report.
- Click the Export (download) icon from the far right side of the page.
