In using QuickBooks Desktop, an activation date is assigned upon signing up for your payroll subscription. This date is significant because it serves as the automatic renewal date for your subscription. To check when your next billing period is, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to the Employees menu.
2. Choose My Payroll Service, then tap Account/Billing Information. See the image below.
3. You'll be directed to sign in to your Intuit Account. Verify your next renewal date.

Additionally, you can log in to camps.intuit.com to check your next billing date. Just choose QuickBooks Desktop Payroll.

Know that a yearly renewal of your QuickBooks Desktop Payroll subscription is needed so your payroll taxes won't get interrupted.
