Where do I find a copy of my 5081 for 2022?

Thanks for visiting the Community, @elsholzsue. I'll provide insights about obtaining a copy of the annual reconciliation form 5081.

If you have filed the Michigan Annual Withholding Return (Form 5081) within QuickBooks Online (QBO) either manually or electronically, you can find it in your archived forms.

As long as your Form 5081 is archived in QBO, you can view and print copies if you need them. Let me show you how:

1. Go to the Taxes menu, then select the Payroll tax tab.
2. Under the Filings tab, select the Archive button.
3. Filter the Start and End dates to sort out your forms.
4. Click View to the form.
   

Also, if you've manually filed them but they haven't yet been archived, you can go to the Filings tab and locate the MI 5081 form. Then, tap the File button and select Archive to keep an electronic copy for future reference.
