Your Switch Company option can still be found on the Profile screen in Settings. If you're unable to see some options on your Profile screen, initially try scrolling up, down, left, and right to identify anything that may be hidden due to display settings on the computer or browser.
If it's still not displaying, I'd also recommend checking the browser you're using. It's possible this could have something to do with temporary internet files. Browsing applications store these types of records, but sometimes they can cause issues with certain webpages. You can open a private window and check to see if pages load properly.
Here's how to access incognito mode in some of the most commonly used web browsers:
If your Switch Company option displays while browsing privately, it's safe to say this problem's being caused by your browser. It can typically be fixed by clearing cached data and Intuit-specific cookies.
In the event it continues not displaying properly while browsing in incognito mode, you'll want to try switching to another browsing application.
Here's a list of supported browsers
You can also check a browser's compatibility with QuickBooks by utilizing our browser health checkup tool. QuickBooks supports the current and two previous versions of browsers. If you find that you're using an unsupported version, make sure to update it to its latest release. Steps for doing so can be found on the particular company's website.
If you meet our system requirements, but are continuing to not see the Switch Company option, I'd recommend using a different device and/or internet connection. If it continues happening on other devices and internet connections, you'll want to get in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
I've also included a detailed resource about switching companies which may come in handy moving forward: Switch between company files

I did all that. Tried incognito, cleared browser history and cache. I still also can't see the switch company tab.
Encountering the same problem, it was still working fine yesterday.
Any luck in finding a solution?
Thanks for following the troubleshooting steps my colleague provided above, Angela. And also for joining this thread @GWMgmt.
Currently, there's an ongoing investigation (INV-109353) about the Switch Company icon missing from the Gear icon. In the meantime, you can manually sign out your company and log in to the other.
Rest assured our product team is working hard to fix this issue. Moreover, we don't have an exact time frame for when this will be resolved. With that in mind, I recommend contacting the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Care Team to add you to the affected users list. Here's how:
You may want to change your email address, user ID, or password when logging in to your account. Feel free to read this article: Update or change your Intuit Account sign-in information.
