Where is my account. I am paying for a subscription since 7/1/24 and was not using it for a few months, now it vanished. I had money in that account. HELP!!

First, do you still remember your account credentials? If not, we can go through the account recovery process together to help you regain access. Please have any required documents ready for verification of ownership.

 

If you do remember your credentials but still don’t see your account, we can log in to your Intuit Account to view all subscriptions linked to it, including the one you’re looking for. To do this, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Products & Billings tab.
  2. In the Your products section, review all accounts listed.
  3. Once you identify the company name, click it and select Go to QuickBooks or Manage my QuickBooks.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
